Intensive workshops, Specialty choreography, Advanced technique, Music study and her famous Oriental dance-aerobic workouts

This summer BUMP your dance up a notch with focused instruction by internationally acclaimed Instructor and Performer of Egyptian Dance, Astryd Farah. Astryd has been immersed in the mother culture of Bellydance – EGYPT - for a decade, where she lives part-time and has worked as a performer and assistant of Raqia Hassan, appearing in Mdme Hassan’s dvds and teaching for the famous Ahlan Wa Sahlan Festival in Cairo. Astryd Farah spends the rest of her time between the USA and Europe, teaching and performing, presenting the BEST in Egyptian dance in her down-to-earth manner, highlighting her organized pedagogy for instructing the dance. Don’t miss her while she’s in the USA this July/August! Weekly intensive workshops featuring all the latest, plus new choreography, new music and new merchandise!

Tuesday Intensives:
Technique and Choreography, Pop, Oriental, Balady and Shaabi: 7 – 9 pm (two hours) July 21st – August 25th (no class August 11th) – 5 weeks. Wednesday Fundamentals and Workout:
Fundamentals of Egyptian dance (technique, steps, rhythms, music in Oriental dance): Suitable for newer students through Advanced/Professional and Teachers desiring training for instruction. 7 – 8 pm Oriental Pop Workout, all levels: Blending fitness techniques with Arabic dance, this one-hour knock-yer-socks-off-burn-n-sweat class is fun and educational while focusing on shaping your feminine body! 8 – 9 pm...or take both hours from 7 – 9 pm. July 22nd – August 26th (no class August 12th) – 5 weeks. Early registration before July 15th, $125 for series; After July 15th, $150. Individual class hour, $15.
